CHATEAU WESTPORT POLICIES

Check In Time Between: 6:00 PM & 11:00PM    Check Out Time: 11:00 AM

♦RATE, DATE OF DEPARTURE & FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY: I agree to the rate(s) and date of departure as noted on receipt. I agree that my liability for charges is not waived and agree to be held personally liable if the amount of such charges is not paid. I understand that The Chateau Westport room rates depend on the number of guests staying in the room, and agree to notify Chateau Westport in advance, and to pay additional charges of $10.00 per person/per night if I bring in additional overnight guests. I agree to a penalty charge of $50 per person/ per night if I bring in additional guests without notification and payment of additional guests. A refund of paid charges will be returned to guest credit card if cancelled prior to 48 hour, if cancelled within the 48 hours guest will lose the first night stay. If a Groupon reservation, they need to cancel prior to 72 hours or they will forfeit the Groupon voucher.
♦FACILITIES AND AMENITIES FOR EXCLUSIVE USE OF GUESTS: I agree that the facilities and amenities of the Chateau Westport are for the exclusive use of registered guests. I will not invite others in to enjoy these facilities and amenities. I agree to pay the appropriate charges, of $50 per person per night, if I or anyone staying with me violates this policy
♦DAMAGE: I agree to be liable for all damages to the guest room and to further be liable for all damages to any other location of Chateau Westport caused by me or by anyone visiting or staying with me. I further agree that damages will be charged according to the current rates established by Chateau Westport Ownership/Management. I agree that no bar-b-que's of any kind will be on the balconies on floors 2-4 and only in designated in outside areas off of 1st floor
♦SMOKE FREE: I acknowledge that Chateau Westport is a smoke free facility. I agree to be liable for a Cleaning and Damage Fee of not less than $350 if I, or anyone visiting or staying with me, smoke tobacco or any other legal or illegal substance anywhere within The Chateau Westport and balconies of the Chateau Westport. Smoking of tobacco is permitted 25 feet from the building.
♦DOG FEES: Designated dog rooms on 1st floor only with a cost of $50 for up to two dogs for a 5 night stay and $10 additional per day after the 5th day. For 3-4 dogs the fee is $75 and an additional $20 per day after the 5th day. If renting joining rooms, the pet fee will be applied to all rooms associated with the stay at The Chateau Westport. I agree to be liable for a Cleaning and Damage Fee of not less than $350 if I, or anyone visiting or staying with me brings in a pet of any kind into any non-designated pet areas.
♦NOISE OR DISTURBANCE PROHIBITED: I agree that I (and/or any person visiting or staying with me) may be asked to leave The Chateau Westport before my scheduled checkout time, and without refund, if I and /or any person visiting me, takes any action or creates any noise or disturbance (specifically including, without limitation, public intoxication) that interferes with the peaceful enjoyment of any other guest. I further agree that the judgment of The Chateau Westport Ownership/Management will be final. If under the circumstances described I (and/or any person staying with me) refuse to leave, I understand that criminal trespass charges will be filed. Quiet time inside and outside of The Chateau Westport is 11:00pm, all social gatherings around the outside fire pits will need to be over and water put on fire no later than 10:50pm.
♦RETURN OF ROOM KEY CARDS/ PENALTY: All of the key cards I receive during my stay will be returned to the desk upon check-out, Or I agree to the penalty of no less than $25.00/ key

If YOU CHOOSE TO OPT OUT OF OUR STAYOVER/ HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES FOR THE DURATION OF OUR STAY: A $50.00 off coupon towards a future two night stay in trade of no stayover/ housekeeping services during the length of my stay. If items are needed, they will be available at the front desk.
